I have spotted an issue with a floor plan on myCondoPlans. What should I do?

We do our best to ensure that our floor plans are accurate, but due to things like remodelling, the merging of units, or even human error, a plan may be incorrect.

In such situations, we ask that you contact us and provide details of what is wrong with the plan so that we can look into the issue and try to resolve it as quickly as possible. Please be aware that a message such as, “The plan is wrong.” will not help in determing what is actually wrong and we will need more specific information to proceed.
